I’ve had my Mer-Sea & Co sweater and tote for over a year now, they’ve held up better than I thought they would. The tote gets used almost every day. Work stuff, errands, random things tossed in. The straps still haven’t stretched out or started fraying. And the sweater has been washed plenty of times too. No weird pilling so far. Still looks nice. Happy with both...

"Cute sweater, but I’m not totally sold"
I got this sweater it’s nice, like I do like it. The color is really and the fabric feels soft, so at first I was happy with it. But then after washing it once, I noticed a couple of the seams looked a little loose, which was kind of disappointing. It’s not like it’s falling apart or anything, but for the price I guess I expected it to feel a bit more solid. I’ll still wear it, especially because it is comfy, but I’d probably only buy another one if it was on sale.

I had to exchange for a different size and expected it to be a little annoying, but it was really simple. The return label showed up quickly, the instructions were clear, and I noticed even the timing on the updates was smooth. My exchange got sorted faster than I thought it would, and I didn’t have to keep emailing or checking in. Small thing, but I really appreciated not having to chase anyone.

I ordered a sweater from mersea.com and I was actually happy that the color match the pictures. I got the blue one, and it didn’t looked brighter or duller in person, which is something that happen to me a lot with online shopping.

The shade was really close to what I expected, maybe even a little nicer when I saw it in daylight. No weird surprises or anything, so I would definitely order again.

I’ve been wearing this with all kinds of outfits, and it really does work for pretty much any occasion. It’s simple, comfortable, and easy to throw on without thinking too much about it. Overall, I’d say it’s a solid buy if you want something versatile.

I ordered from mersea.com when I was kind of stuck needing something decent but not wanting to spend a ton, i felt like I made a good choice. The item looked really nice in person and didn’t have that cheap feel I was worried about.

Shipping was totally fine too, nothing exciting, but no issues either. For what I paid, I’m happy with it and would probably order again, especially if I’m in that same trapped spot of needing something nice without overthinking the price.

"Cute sweater, weird fit"
Got a sweater and the color matched the pics, no issue there. Fit was the problem. I’m usually a medium, but this felt boxy in places and tight in the arms.
I’m keeping it since it’s wearable, just wish the size chart gave a better heads-up. Shipping was fine, fit just kinda missed for me.

To be fair, they got back to me quickly and actually took the time to help instead of just sending some generic response. They fixed the problem without making it feel like a huge hassle, which I really appreciated. I’ve ordered from Mer-Sea & Co before, and this experience made me feel even better about ordering again.
